Teachers worked in small groups on project tasks, mapped their ideas on chart paper and presented their work to the wider group, experiencing as learners the same approaches they are expected to use class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Energisers and structured peer-feedback games were used to help participants give and receive feedback openly, an essential habit for reflective teaching
